Danu - The Litha Goddess (Citrine Heart)

Meet Danu. Named after the Celtic Goddess of Litha! Bonfires were lit to assist the sun as it journeyed across the sky, changing course and shortening the days. It was believed that the faerie realm was the most accessible during Midsummer Night. Danu (Anu) represents earth and fruitfulness.

She holds a citrine heart which is a crystal associated with Litha and is said to be a gift from the sun! it brings radiant energy and healing properties, abundance, optimism and happiness. Her colours are also connected with Litha too!

Decorated with toadstools and dried flowers to finish.
